Ok. I used something called FilzaEscaped. It is a file manager for iOS that doesn’t require a jailbreak. However, it only works on 13.4.1 and below atm. However if you can and want to jailbreak your iPhone or iPad, you can use normal Filza (look it up if you want to) You may be able to do something with iPhone backups and restores.
